At I Am Detailer Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery — no lengthy explanations needed.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging, with all tags still attached
- Unopen, undamaged, and unaltered in any way
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tested
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition or missing original packaging
How to Start a Return
- Contact us first — Email us at info@iamdetailerclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Wait for confirmation — Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack your item — Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship it back — Send the parcel to the address provided in our return confirmation email.
⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same return process above and place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees your desired item is reserved for you.
